~Results; a reduction in the feeling of stress amongst the Japanese managers and an improvement in morale amongst the European staff

- Coached co-managers of a complex, business critical global project.

 

~Results; Project went back on-budget and on-time



Yell
- Full cycle project with the in house training team to raise their profile within the business. Carried out the internal customer survey and the opinion survey in team. Proposed a solution and coached the Director and manager through the change. Devised and ran a consulting assessment and training event for in house trainers to help move their perception from low value training delivery people to high value performance improvement people.

 

~Results; Perception amongst client groups rose and a greater number of value-add requests were received

 


Oxford GlycoSciences
- Coached the management team to maintain morale and productivity during a buyout/hostile takeover

 

~Results; Productivity didn't drop though several key employees did still leave in fear of the aftermath of the takeover

 

 

National Recruitment Consultancy- Coached a head office manager who was having a great deal of difficulty in driving forward strategic improvements in the face of Board cynicism and operational pressure.

 

~Results; Operational effectiveness is being maintained whilst the manager has now successfully raised his stock with the board sufficiently to win budgetry committment to long overdue strategic improvements
