Change Management

Vauxhall- One of a large team of “course directors” managing the largest change management programme in the UK at that time. Facilitated groups of up to 30 dealer principals and managers on a very intensive, sales orientated, three day event aimed at encouraging a total change of attitude and culture within the organisation.

Cheshire Constabulary- Devised and delivered a change management workshop to help managers to achieve a major change for the force, both uniformed and support staff

BOC- Involved in initial assessment of situation with line managers and analysis of the desired outcomes. Carried out field work with the customer facing staff, devised two different change programmes, both sales and customer relationship based. Piloted both with sample delegates and managers. Involved in the assessment of the programmes. Developed them and delivered them to the population. Returned after 18 months and developed the re-inforcement programme which revised skills, assessed reactions and disseminated results.

Bywater- Developed a series of modular change management workshops aimed at the open market and a variety of different end users. Wrote the business plan and produced the marketing material for the launch. Also devised in house events for consulting skills and recruitment and selection.
