Hyder Consulting- Facitated a Top Team Meeting for a major regional office using the 7S model to develop strategic plans and actions for the future, critical year.

-Facilated a joint meeting of relevant suppliers on a major contract to agree and manage a coordinated approach to serving the client's needs

NEC- Devised and managed a managers workshop to assist in planning ways to improve morale in the wake of a takeover and redundancy

GMAC RFC- Facilitated a strategy meeting for the UK management team. Coached a Director and team through the structured development of new business critical processes

Invensis- Facilitated a strategy meeting offsite for the top management team

Lambeth Borough Council- Devised and facilitated strategic planning and learning events for the senior management and HR teams after a damning Audit Commission Report

Bradford and Bingley Building Society- Facilitated a strategy meeting offsite for the HR management team and function staff

InSource- Instigated and devised a policy related to IiP which allowed for learning rather than (necessarily) training This included personal learning logs for all staff linked to the appraisal system for the purposes of goal setting and TNA. Also included budgets for individuals and departments. Also created the Performance Management process for the company from scratch including training staff and managers in the process and skills needed to make it work. This covered sales staff on a monthly basis and all staff on a bi annual basis. Instigated designed and delivered recruitment, telephone sales, sales and teambuilding workshops for the company that ran at breakfast and lunch times. Developed CBT induction programme for the company Project managed two Corporate Conferences including the provision or teambuilding activities .
