Rus is an author of several management books published worldwide by HarperCollins.  His Collins author biography can be seen here.

He is the author of "Getting Things Done", "Team Management" and "People Management" in the Business Secrets Series, and has also written the title "Dragons' Den, Start Your Own Business, From Idea to Income" for the hit BBC TV series, which is published in teh UK in July 2010.

Rus has authored material for most of the other areas of past experience listed elsewhere on this website.  He has produced distance learning material for Ford in the customer service field which was translated into most European Languages and used throughout Ford across the EMEA.  He has produced entire training programmes from initial draft learning objectives through the full programme of timetable, delegate handouts, trainerguides, presentations and evaluation for clients such as Hyder, the LSC and LIFFE.

He has also produced material for numerous one off exercises for clients ranging from Lloyd's TSB through to individual life coaches in New Jersey
